· cleaning services 3 days per week,

· services of receptionist*
· printer & copier service*
* price is lowered by a €100 per month if tenant opts to omit these items from the agreement
** use of Board Room will be upon booking with the receptionist and at an extra hourly rental
Rental value will be revised every two years, even though long lets are commendable.
