All apartments have there own Water and electricity meters. Office has a sub meter for Electricity connected to the Common parts 3 phase meter and its own Water meter

We have 1 unit at ground floor level with permit issued for an Office, 1 unit 2 bedroomed and 1 unit 1 bedroomed on both 1st and 2nd floors and 1 unit 3 bedroomed penthouse on the 3rd floor (Plans and Permits attached)

We have modified interior layout as follows to accommodate extra bedrooms

Ground floor Office converted into a 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom apartment (sleeps 4)

1st and 2nd floor 2 bedroomed unit added an extra bedroom (now sleeps 6)

1st and 2nd floor 1 bedroomed unit added an extra bedroom (now sleeps 3)

So total beds for whole block is 4+6+3+6+3+6 = 28

All Units are highly finished and fully equipped. A/c in almost all rooms in all units

Additionally the Roof of this Block is fitted out with 25 PV panels (8.75kwp)
